Let me be clear that Fika is not a replacement for Roger, nor am I implying that all Roger users were using it for work.

We’ve always had a button in Roger to speak directly to us for feedback, support, etc. This led to us talking with literally hundreds of users, and some of these users who were super active on the app revealed that they used it with their work groups.
