Sorry, but after reading Susan’s story your statement here is a total crock of shit.

Uber DOES NOT need you. At all.

What I mean is that your comment feels like an excuse for you to stay at Uber. I’m sure, as I know you are too, that many other companies out there could tremendously benefit from having you in their team.
