Space, Time and Groceries
Jeremy Stanley

I worry about the “jobs” being created by this on-demand economy. My head was spinning by the statistical jargon you were throwing around. I can only imagine the time pressure your “shoppers” are subjected to — subtle or not (do they receive constant time updates via cell phone e.g. you’re 3 min behind — pick up the pace). Do we really need our groceries in an hour? Talk about first world problems. I anticipate car accident lawsuits involving Instacart shoppers hurrying to make deadline. The beauty is you’ll provide all the speed data and other stats the other side will need to win the cases. Many times the smartest guys in the room lack common sense.
