This was a great read Mr. Genser. As an ex-JW, I mirror a lot of your thoughts and experiences. In fact, as I was reading your anecdotes on how wrong the JW’s are about “the last days”, it reminded me of a blog I wrote a few months ago (you can read some of my writing on www.evolvingapes.com). I would love to share this article with my family members that are still in the organization but they won’t read it, and just label you an “apostate”. Sad. There is so much truth there that they NEED to hear. Keep up the good fight. Reason, logic, and a humanitarian spirit must overcome the ignorance and dehumanization of religion.
