Mahindra XUV500
Mahindra’s global SUV — Mahindra XUV500 is a midsize SUV with a Cheetah look. It has raised bonnet, strong shoulders and paw style door handles mimicking a pouncing cheetah. The static bending projector headlamps with light guides, chrome bezel fog lamps, distinct wheel arches, window chrome lining and number plate applique add to the look.
Engine is 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder m Hawk producing 155hp and 360 Nm of torque with six-speed manual gearbox transmitting power to front wheels. A technology is used here in which the car stops when it is idle and moves when it senses that the driver is planning to move hence helping to save fuel.
Being black from inside with an Electric sunroof, comfortable seats and presence of charging points, speakers and AC vents in every row — spreading comfort. There is multiple storage space.
It has many features like cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, light sensing headlamps, reverse assist and music -starts when car is started. Cruise control is used to keep the car at pace allowing your legs to rest.

It also has static bending headlights and an additional light (angled at 45 degrees) glow — illuminating the corner in which driver intends to turn, providing instant visibility. Thus it provides safe and convenient drive.
A small lamp is present beneath the external rear view mirrors. This lamp point downwards illuminating the area right next to the door prevents helping to mind what you step on while coming out of the car.
A 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto connectivity, emergency call feature, Connected Apps and Eco — sense are also present.
Some Safety features include: A ABS with EBD and dual airbags, static bending lamps, logo projecting ORVMs, push button start, passive keyless entry and tyre pressure monitoring.
