I am a 15-year resident of Sunnyvale, and a 45-yr resident of the South Bay. I am fortunate to own my own home, but my children cannot. They even need help for rent. If you want to see just how bad the future looks, just visit the planning commission sites for Sunnyvale and Santa Clara to see the millions of SF of offices going in for tens of thousands more employees. In addition, I see no news about more schools being built for the future influx of students. If the cities can allow building of 8-story office buildings, why not 8-story apartments with significant allocations for low-to-very-low income apartments. Why not demand a multi-story elementary school? Where can I GET INVOLVED?
