It’s those that need the tally as the trigger to search for their wallet and change purse, lost in the dark caverns of their purse or backpack. Then choose to capitalize on the opportunity to get rid of their accumulated pennies, nickles and dimes… All the while wanting to engage in small talk with the cashier.
