Sometimes, when I can engage my mind in nature I can find ‘it’, rather it finds me. “Nosedive” made me attentive.

This was yesterday on my meditation/journalling perch overlooking the lake. Swallows are drone-like, they never stop working morning through dusk.

Kayaking at dusk last night a faun, born this spring, emerged from the woods. ‘It’ bouyed me.
