You have my sympathy. I spent years working long shifts, drinking black coffee to keep me awake and functioning. I know, it was wrong on so many levels. As a result, I'm addicted in retirement. If I try to cut down, I get headaches, not migraines but bad enough. I can no more give it up than I could give up breathing.
