Ego and Wounding

Hi Umair, a great read, and you’re highlighting a theme that is close to my heart. There are many false “I’s”, as you illustrate in “True Self, False Self”. Like layers of an onion, false selves, transient I’s, can be identified, explored, and reintegrated…the light of True Self, of Authentic I, shines out. The way we relate to our own needs, how we relate with others, is less and less contrived, conditioned due to that first birth/separation. As the Moon reflects the light of the Sun, that reflected light is not the true “I”. The more we explore and express that inner Sun, the more ego is surrendered, let go of.
