Quick macOS Shortcut, on how to take a screenshot and resize

I often need to take a screenshot from a window on my mac and resize it to a specific height. So let's quickly create a macOS shortcut to do just that.

For this well just need 4 quick steps

• Add action Take screenshots
• Add action Resize
• Add action Save
• In Shortcut details select Pin to menu bar

Thats its, super easy.
