Life Eternal

I can not be but what I am

This fleeting wisp of consciousness

A momentary note in the composition

An infinitesimally small self

In the infinity of existence

The infinite is composed of such as me

But I am but an ephemeral tiny bit

Little of note and not long to endure

What I am has no significance

Except as a piece of the whole

I share in the eternal infinity

I too am one with the whole

It is my being, my purpose

It is my joy to be in its love

To be one with life eternally

The self I am is not what’s me

What I am will always be

Eternally one with infinity
