Interestingly, the argument that all is caused by determinants leads us up the chain of causality to… God! Thinkers from Aristotle to Mortimer Adler have agreed on this compelling logical argument, and there concern has been to reconcile free will with, or define it against, the chain of causality.

Your argument that free will is an illusion is like arguing that a sunset is an illusion (because it is really an earth-turn).
