His whole point is that Google shouldn’t be investing in diversity programs. Calling women neurotic is super blatant and it’s obviously meant negatively. This isn’t a dispassionate document. He obviously put a lot of effort into it. He has biases too, and it’s pretty clear to me that he’s not looking to have more women programmers at Google.

I do have a bias. I think women are awesome and we should have more women programmers. I work at a company that encourages it, and I work with women programmers every day. We’re not at 50% women but we’re trying.

It sure sounds like you do agree with him, from the amount of time you spend arguing his points. Do you think Google should be working to hire more women programmers?
