Former Air Force Intelligence Officer Richard Doty states this starting below, in a live interview on Fade to Black with Jimmy Church on 9/14/22. He said it’s a ~3,000 page “Enter Control Roster” for “all of Area 51”. It spans from Jan. 1, 1979–Dec. 31, 1990. It’s on a 24" wide dot matrix computer printed form.

He has a “group” working on this. He said that they’ve issued FOIA requests to verify the roster’s authenticity. It’s not classified because it’s “obsolete”.

Mr. Doty said that Bob Lazar’s name appears on this roster.

Also, in an email discussion with him that mentioned Bob Lazar, Richard Doty stated this:

We have the complete Area 51, S-2, Southern Nellis Test Range, access list from Jan 1, 1979 to Dec 31, 1990. This is the original roster, printed on the old dot matrix enlarged printer paper. We can out anyone who claims to have had access to the area but is not on the roster. We have several other documents that will be reviewed for release.

Assuming this roster is authentic, we need to know which specific parts of Area 51 Bob Lazar had access to. That’s crucial. We also need to see the FOIA document(s) to know that the roster itself is the real deal.
