BSRA’s 2nd Memorandum of Importance

Around May 1949 the BSRA sent a second memo to the press and US military/gov about the flying disc problem. A few newspaper articles mentioned it.
The BSRA archives (at the AFU in Sweden) contain a reply letter concerning this “second memorandum of importance”, from Air Materiel Command Wright-Patterson AFB Col. Clingerman, Chief Analysis Division, Intelligence Department.
I’m still searching for this exact memo (which may be lost to history), but this appeared in the May 1949 issues of their “Round Robin” publication:
