Lots of people worry too much about what is or isn’t journaling. A simple starting point is to open text file on your device whatever that device is and just go write every time you have a thought worth keeping. Then get fancy and make a google doc or other cloud doc so it’s available everywhere you end up, device wise. That habit will evolve into your own thing. It may even become journaling! 😊
