Polishing Your Golden Years

Once you reach a certain age you’ve probably already heard it several times. There are slightly different versions but the gist is always the same. It goes something along the lines of, “Growing old is not for (insert your choice of pejorative).” My daughter got me a birthday card that shows an aging hippie and his dog on the front. The caption reads, “Remember the good old days…” and on the inside, “…when joints weren’t something we complained about?”

There are a lot of people making tons of money hawking supplements, vitamins, CBD products, and herbal remedies for every ailment. Any man of any age…
