Not a word has come out of Hillary’s mouth that hasn’t been poll tested and focus grouped and trial ballooned first. For better or worse, we know what Trump was thinking when he made those comments. No one knows what actually runs through Hillary’s mind or what her own true words would have been. Except her hope that this construct will gain what she wants.

I doubt even she knows her own mind anymore.
