Not that I’m anyone to give advice —

People usually meet “the one” by serendipity while doing other things. So, join clubs, organizations, religious groups, take adult classes, anything to casually meet a lot of people. Churn through them if time is limiting. Let the goal simply be to meet people.

The best mates are those who are friends first. So make friends. One usually doesn’t size up and sort out new acquaintances for friendship to the extent one does for spouse material. Focus on friendship and let the chips fall.

Off topic — your command of idiomatic English is total. With rare exception, that is only achieved by one immersed in English from childhood. I’ll bet you have an interesting life story.
