Statistically, long before any of those things happen to you at the hands of a police officer, you will be dead a hundreds times over, killed by some joy-riding black thug with a Saturday night special and high on smack.

Last year, 2015, 45 unarmed black people were killed by police. Some of them were assaulting the officer at the time, but some others were unjustified killings. That is out of the tens of millions of encounters with civilians by the 800,000 police officers in this county.
