What Adam Peck isn’t telling you is that Hillary told the jury the 12 year old victim was fond of coming on to older men, and she came on to her rapist. Clinton told the court “I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and to engage in fantasizing…I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body.” Clinton presented nothing to support any of that. Shelton said none of it is true. The rapist was 41 years old; his victim was 12 years old. What would any of that matter, anyway, even if true?

The rape was witnessed; it’s not like its a “he said she said” case. Clinton could and should have let the case go to the jury. Instead, Clinton brokered a deal to reduce the consumated rape of a 12 year old girl down to “unlawful fondling”. The child rapist served 10 months.

Years later, in an interview, Clinton joked about the case.
