What drivel. So no one is a “self-made success” unless they were raised by wolves in the wilderness? If Trump and Gates and Musk and all the rest can’t be called self-made successes because of public education and public roads and all the rest, then all those who also enjoyed all those public assets but made nothing of their lives are “self-made failures”, right?

Here society gives all the same advantages to those who sink to the bottom, so they must have worked hard to be failures, right?

Such Orwellian Newspeak. No one who is successful earned it, and no failure is responsible for that, either. What a dumb way to run a country.
