Nothing new here. Business automation has been replacing jobs for a long time. So have other bits of computing. Ask mechanics about servicing cars. I specialise in automating process and eliminating jobs. In that business the jobs go but more jobs appear elsewhere. It’s just life. Worse, if you don’t do it you might find a new generation of workers don’t want the old jobs. Then a whole community can be held back. eg I can’t get a bridge built because the ferrymen will lose their jobs!
Instead it is required of all of us to make everything work as well as possible. That’s the future. People will find jobs to suit in the new cultures.
