I scanned the 22 page dismissal. The upside of it is that the judge pretty much drew a road map for avoiding dismissal in a court of proper jurisdiction. I was looking for two words in the conclusion, those being “without prejudice”, which means that the plaintiffs can refile a properly amended complaint in a court with proper jurisdiction. Could the judge have been a little less picky? Yes, but it would have left plenty of grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs. The judge left the door open with the “without prejudice” ruling. Hopefully the plaintiffs will tighten up a few of the areas the judge pointed out, and get it refiled. In the meantime, we can refuse to give the DNC another penny, and boycott businesses that donate to them. Justice…just us. :)
