That’s great advice. Being able to partner up with someone who could focus on the things I had no business learning so that I could focus on the things only I could do, was absolutely key. In fact, this is still something I live by everyday while leading the Bento Systems team. By making sure to focus on the things only I can do, I’m able to free up valuable planning time, and delegate away the rest. What’s even better, is when you delegate those other things away, you empower your team members to take ownership and become more invested in the company/project. It’s a win-win!
