7lbs of sugar free

It’s working

It’s February 28 and stepping on the scales this morning, was a pleasant surprise, I’ve lost 7lbs just by cutting out sugar as much as possible.

I have to point out that it’s coupled with walking the dog every day, and even though I’m back at work I will continue to try and complete 10000 steps.

The one thing I’ve been less diligent about is calories, although I know I rarely get near my maximum.
