Pomodoro is a time management technique in which a timer is uses to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. A goal of the technique is to reduce the impact of internal and external interruptions.

I have used this technique to complete my assignment, for this purpose I set alarm of 30 minutes and started to do my work as I have to installed the Mendeley soft ware and searching the four articles of specific topic, when I was doing my work I was distracted because I was not founding articles of my interest or also distracted due to what’s app, messages and T.V that’s why unable to accomplish my work on time due to diversion of my attention than the alarm bell rang and put ticks after that I took break of 5 minutes and become refresh then again set timer, started to work by sitting alone in a separate room away from T.V and power off my cell now this time I payed my full attention towards my work and concentrate more effectively and found my research topics by focusing and completed my assignment task within the set time limit.I liked this experience to finish work on time and do it more effectively. The result is greatly improved productivity during focused work sessions, that can be maintained through effectively managing distractions and taking regular breaks.I have also used this technique before in my daily life whenever I get bored during by work then I took breaks for few minutes and again focused on my work with more concentration.

I will use this technique in my life to avoid wastage of time on distractions and concentrate entirely on work to complete it on time.
