For the maximization of your career it is necessary that your interest must be align to your field of study so that you can explore better and succeeded. Choose the right path to show your maximum output.

I have learned the tips to manage and maximize career from Sir Sohail and discuss these tips with my friend. These are the following tips:

1. Do an internship before pursuing a higher degree to confirm if you like that field/industry.

2. Don’t do PhD if you want to be an entrepreneur or work in corporate sector.

3. Spend at least one year in your first job.

4. Find your passion and align it with your career.

5. Decisions are very unique to each person, what’s right for one isn’t right for the other.

6. Own your decisions: Don’t let other people make decisions for you and don’t blame anyone else.

When I discussed these tips, then she actively listen and also share their opinion regarding these tips. She was agreed with all tips and change her mind set and misconceptions. She is said yes it is very important to select the field of interest and align with your career, otherwise we just waste our effort, it might be possible we are succeeded but we are never being satisfied and for that never blames other, that’s why never allow anyone to enforce their decision upon us because every one has it’s on mind set and purpose of life. She said it’s not a thumb rule that PhD is not necessary for entrepreneurs because it might be our passion to do PhD.

Overall it is very interesting experience for me. I have shared my opinion regarding these tips and also listen her point of view. She also enjoyed a lot because she likes to learn something new and implement in life.
