I’d agree with this sentiment. Being scarred by the last financial crisis has created a number of Chicken Littles screaming about the sky falling at every turn. This paranoia has kept the market in check and avoided the regular irrational exuberance associated with a dying bull market. Valuations remain elevated, but all-time low interest rates, lowered federal income tax rates, and booming corporate earnings can all account for why.
