Your blog was well written. It was descriptive and fluid. I think a cookie for Thanksgiving is a pretty brilliant idea as well. Like you, there are no cookies on the table during the holiday. I’m glad I got to try your cookie during class, it was very good as well as nicely presented. I do wish it looked a bit more like a cookie rather than a pie, only because Thanksgiving is all about the pies. What if you had made a cranberry, apple reduction and mixed that into the dough. Or possibly made it into a frosting. Just an idea, but overall great job!
