The Success Bloggers Are Selling You Bullshit.
Jon Westenberg

Yes, yes and yes. There are no shortcuts. Entrepreneurship does attract optimists and it is easy to buy into other people’s well-intentioned suggestions. The truth is that it is the most difficult path to success. Hard work and perseverance are not enough. There is a luck factor. The luck factor increases the longer you stay in the marathon. You have to live with the fact that even when you have given your all and done so with integrity, you may still fail. Having said all that, I am in my fifth startup. We launch next week with our first product. Fear and excitement are living in my mind. Thank you Jon, for expressing the truth.
