Recently I visited a fine dine café name ‘Café Brewing Italiana’ where food was very amazing especially being an Italian café they had the best food to match the Indian taste buds but also being the best Italian food.

Ambiance was okish and did not work for me as seating was not comfortable and too much of mosquitoes but food was good.

What I tried from the menu :

  1. Roasted Pumpkin Soup
  2. Thai Loaded fries
  3. Notorious Nachos
  4. Cottage Cheese ala Indiana Pizza
  5. Kadhi spiced Agilo-e-olio(Penne Pasta)
  6. Primavera Pasta(Pink sauce)

So I will discuss each of the food item one by one which one taste good and then rank it.

so lets start with pumpkin soup , the way this soup was served was very unique and new way to serve a soup i have ever seen it was given in a ceramic glass .The soup was made from coconut oil and had the topping of sunflower seeds which made soup to oily but also added a crunchy feel to it , as soup being to oily the taste was soothing .Overall it was 3 of 5.

Then came the Thai Loaded Fries where the base of fries was peri peri masala and was topped with 3–4 sauces (gooey cheddar cheese sauce, Thai basil aioli and toasted sesame seeds)surprisingly being a Thai dish it didn't had that oily texture or feel. Overall it was 3.5 of 5.

After that we had Notorious Nachos where Nachos where home made and tasted proper crisp and saucy being loaded with cheese sauce, salsa and totally worth sour cream and beans was the best thing out of all the item we tried. Definitely being the best seller of cafe. overall it was 5 of 5.

At last my personal favorite item from Italy was here PIZZA .Cottage Cheese ala Indiana Pizza but tbh pizza here was just meh to mediocre could have been better the base was to dry toppings were not up to the mark it did. As being the Italian cafe I was very disappointed in pizza. Overall it was 2 of 5

Now I'll merge both the pastes in one segment that is Kadhi spiced Agilo-e-olio(Penne Pasta) And Primavera Pasta(Pink sauce) Where the agilo-e-olio was made out of penne pasta which is not idle but somehow it tasted very good and worked for me and Primavera Pasta(Pink sauce) which should been have been a penne pasta was spaghetti and no I am not confused in both the pasta being in different form but being what they were served. Overall both the pasta were 4 of 5 for me.
