I am there, when you give your best
If I go on a break, you do your worst
Who am I?

With me walking beside you,
I bring zeal along with me, 
And send apathy on recess
Who am I?

If you over depend on me, or
If you don’t depend on me
In either case, I can drown you

I am always there with you, but
You need to work hard
To get my helping hand
