Avengers: Life Lessons from Marvel’s Heroes

Marvel is a superhero brand which not only illuminated the genre with diverse superhero archtypes but also resurrected relatability and similarities of each hero with humans. Their heroes are loved by all age goers simply because one can relate to them. I of all am a fan of the superhero genre on a whole and won’t comment on any brands success or failure.

I would only talk about the life lessons Marvel heroes gave me and as a reader even you will find it acceptable.

Iron Man

Let's start with the first obvious hero Iron Man. Tony Stark is Iron man.

He is the symbol of techolic genius and represents an individual who prepares himself for the worst may come scenario. He constantly upgrades his tech & armor which shows ‘’progress’’.

Tony Stark's journey is the one from being a drunkard selfish billionaire to a humane guardian who fears his actions might not lead to his team's failures so he works on every backup plan he could to prepare for the eventual.

Tony Stark taught me to be the “brain” a team requires, to be fun and most importantly to be responsible for my every action.

Captain America

A courageous skim guy turned into a super soldier who goes on to serves his country with Pride and Honour. Captain America is the symbol of Salvation.

Steve Rogers taught me to lead a team when the paths are unclear and divergent. Steve Rogers journey is the one of overcoming all odds set by the new time which he has to live in.

A 100-year-old man who follows all manners and has only one life goal which is to reach the ultimate salvation by protecting the innocent.

Thor

Thor an Asgardian god for whom his ethics and duties are his top priorities.

His journey is the most fascinating and Redeeming one. Being a god and having all amazing thunder powers and superhuman invulnerability is a feature which doesn't bring anything special or relatable to a superhero.

But what this character has changed into recent times is the most satisfying, After losing his family, his hammer and his brother and his people, he was left as a painful lone being who has nothing to lose anymore.

His journey was to go deep-down to the worst level of loosing to redeeming himself and becoming an interesting superhero.

Thor is the symbol of ‘’sacrifice’’ and ‘’reemerging’’. He taught me to never lose calm when you are on a losing edge. Thor completes the trinity of major Marvel heroes.
