一開始準備德國藍卡簽證申請的時候，以為台大有在Anabin清單中就不需要另外申請ZAB學歷證明，列印出Anabin查詢結果的頁面附在申請文件中，就以為沒問題，不久之後就收到德國在台協會的通知，要我補學歷證明。
重新查詢過anabin之後，雖然台大有在清單中，但是我的學位沒有在台大的學位清單裡。我也不知道為什麼😂 我的理解是台灣大部分的學位都需要申請ZAB學歷證明，所以大家還是早點開始準備。
也看到很多前人分享，雖然申請到歐盟藍卡但後來已經入境開始工作以後，又被通知說學位不被承認，撤銷藍卡，在德國也是傻眼。所以還是申請著比較安心。
申請步驟與所需時間
在所有文件都備齊也做好需要的認證以後，建議大家抓一個月左右的時間申請ZAB學歷證明。
我在2020/11/25送出網路申請表，12/2以郵局國際快捷文件寄出，12/10收到ZAB寄來的匯款通知，當天用新加坡DBS銀行完成匯款。12/14收到ZAB來信確認收到匯款。12/17收到ZAB來信附上學歷證明的PDF檔案，並通知我已經寄出紙本。我就自行印出來去德國在台協會補件。
台灣學位申請ZAB學歷證明所需文件
跟據ZAB網站（國家選擇”Taiwan”），申請學歷證明需要準備以下文件：
General
- Application form with your signature
- Secondary school graduation certificate (高級中學畢業證書) as a regular photocopy
- Passport (護照) as a regular photocopy
The degree
- Official diploma (學位證書) in Chinese as a certified photocopy
- Transcript of records (成績表/成績單) for the entire degree program in Chinese as a certified photocopy
Previous degrees
- Official diplomas of all previous degrees in the original language(s) as regular photocopies
- Transcripts of records or Diploma Supplements of all previous degrees in the original language(s) as regular photocopies
Statement of Comparability for a Blue Card application
- Employment contract or written confirmation of employment from the employer as a regular photocopy
申請臺大資管碩士學歷證明所需文件
我有臺大資管系的碩士學位(MBA)和學士學位(BBA)。因為我希望申請碩士學位的認證，所以也需要提供碩士以前的高等學歷（大學以上）學位的文件。
以我的例子需要提供
- 簽名申請表 Application form with signature
- 護照影本(自行影印) Passport (護照) as a regular photocopy
- 高中畢業證書影本(自行影印)
- 工作合約
- 碩士學位中文證書影本(需法院或民間公證人認證)

網路上前人們分享，為了更確保能申請通過，也都提供了各項文件的英文版，以避免誤會或是不清楚的地方。
另外，前人也有分享，成績單的部分，直接從學校申請一份正本，比自行影印再拿去文件認證便宜快速許多，也具有一樣的效力。
如果學校有提供學位證明的複印本服務(註冊組會拿你的學位證明正本影印以後蓋上學校的章”核與正本相符” / “This copy has been certified as being identical with the original”)，也是可行的，而且一般來說便宜又快速，只要確認你的母校有提供這個服務就可以。

根據這些資訊，我最後決定提供以下文件來申請ZAB學歷認證。

附上說明文件加速審核過程
因為文件多到連我都要昏了，為了自己能夠確認附上了哪些文件，也讓審核人員能夠了解我繳交的各項文件和他們的效力等級（公證人認證/正本/學校認證影本/自行影印影本），我附上了一張A4的說明，內容如下：
Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is [Full name]. Thank you for accepting my online application for statement of comparability. Please kindly refer to the following enclosed documents with this application.
Note: Some of the enclosed documents are original documents issued by my university. I understand I might not get those documents back in the same condition. It is totally fine because my university can issue them again on request.

- Employment contract (printed copy of digitally signed contract)
