2018 Lincoln Navigator was introduced to offer a different path towards the vehicles which will be added further more during that next years. The all-new 2018 Navigator continues to win over buyers. Demand has been higher than anticipated, and some dealers are having trouble keeping an adequate supply. Needless to say, prices will be on the high side for a while.
Personal assistant. Shopping cart. Best friend. For most people, Amazon’s Alexa plays many roles.
For actress and Curb Your Enthusiasm co-star Susie Essman, the smart device is her personal DJ. “I love all different types of music, and Alexa affords me the opportunity to be exposed to things I don’t know,” she says. “I use her five days a week for music. It’s amazing. I’m obsessed.”
For anyone riding in a 2018 Lincoln Navigator, Alexa can be their DJ, too — and they can take Alexa on the road with them. The luxury SUV, redesigned with a slew of new amenities, offers direct connectivity with the Lincoln + Alexa app via SYNC 3TM AppLink TM1.
Navigator owners can take Alexa on the road with the Lincoln+Alexa app, giving them on-the-road access to over 30,000 skills, their music, books, podcasts, smart home devices, personal schedules, Amazon shopping cart, and more. Drivers can also use the app to get information about local services on the road, like dry cleaners or retail stores.
Alexa is one of a host of technologically advanced features of the redesigned Navigator that make the average road trip an effortlessly luxurious experience. Among them: an available wireless charging pad in the center console for smartphones2, and six fast-charging USB ports, four 12-volt power outlets, and a 110-volt plug to keep all passengers’ devices fully juiced. And, the Navigator has in-cabin 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot3 to keep you connected on the road, accessible up to 50 feet away from the vehicle.

The popular traffic and navigation app Waze is also available via iPhone in Lincoln vehicles equipped with SYNC®3™ AppLink™.
Additionally, drivers can start, stop, lock, and unlock their vehicles when equipped with Lincoln Connect,TM 4 and transfer destination points to their vehicle navigation system with the Lincoln Way App.
Road trippers can enjoy all of the Navigator’s digital amenities in a cabin that includes three rows of passenger seating and an optional panoramic moon roof that spans two rows of interior seating. The driver and front passenger can ride in Lincoln’s uniquely designed optional Perfect Position seats–customizable seats that help conform to each passenger’s body, and include a massage feature for extra comfort.
Though there’s up to 450-horsepower5 motoring under the hood, the car’s interior is surprisingly quiet. That is, until Alexa chimes in to play your favorite road trip karaoke song at your request.
The Lincoln Navigator is available at local dealerships, starting at $72,0556.
