Travel Escape : Florence, Italy

Whilst we wonder what makes a design unique, either its aesthetics, user friendliness or details. I have come to believe, the uniqueness is born out of our universal past. With the art and design culture going back to millions of years. With the broad definition, the design history refers to various aspects of social and cultural evolution.
Design and art is a broad spectrum on its own, makes me wonder if we know all about it. Fortunately, having the opportunity to travel various different countries and cities, experience the different culture. I visited one of the most interesting places for someone with a creative and curious mindset.
Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region, a home to marvelous masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. The blooming streets with the first rays of sunlight, revealing the most breathtaking architectural details. One of its most iconic sights is the Duomo, a cathedral with a terracotta-tiled dome engineered by Brunelleschi and a bell tower by Giotto. The Galleria dell’Accademia displays Michelangelo’s “David” sculpture. The Uffizi Gallery exhibits Botticelli’s “The Birth of Venus” and da Vinci’s “Annunciation.”

Florence is made for long and breathtaking walks, it never ceases to amaze me with its overwhelming beauty. It’s impossible not to completely fall in love with it. Hopelessly the romantic city light that turns the Arno and its bridges into a portfolio of Turner canvases during the early-morning runs.
The sunset hike to Piazzale Michelangelo is worth getting dazzled by a palette embracing the warm colors of the sky, setting the remarkable sky on fire. Surrounded by wine-rich hills, it is a paradise where eating and drinking exceedingly is mandatory. With statues crafted and inspired by Michelangelo, every turn and corner is a sign of new hope for a creative mind.
Florence, a city of art culture. Full of inspiration and lovely bright streets , its where I knew the biggest changes hold the cultural values to it. Sometimes, hitting the road to an inspirational space opens up a lot of doors. If you are reading this hope one day you get a chance to visit, experience the values and heartwarming views of Florence.
