To Harness Complex Problems, Do These Three Things

Beautiful piece on the developing complex problem solving with actionable steps. I’ve grappled with the idea myself too when i try to design spaces around my life to learn and develop these skills. But something’s been bothering me on this. While i constantly look at opportunities to learn, practice and develop better “learning agility”, i feel that that the general business landscape, maybe within my city, still undervalues the work we strive to do. With all the claims on how most orgs are already shifting into staying relevant in this digital age, most still fall back to their heirachical, command and control mindsets to seek answers in a unpredicatabile landscape. What i’m trying to get here is that while i believe a 100% that it starts inwards to develop skills that will be critical as we prepare for the future, how can someone thats is confronted with resistence regularly, pursue this practice yet be providing relevant value for today? Great to hear your thoughts on it. Anyways, thank you for sharing a great piece :)
