Can We Have User Stats On Medium?

Hello Ev Williams, Medium, Medium Engineering!

I wonder why does Medium not offer any statistics for consumers(readers) when it can offer statistics for the writers? The fact that Medium uses Total Time Reading as the metric to measure the state of the platform is great. What would be even greater is that if people like me, the consumers of the content on Medium, could have the statistics of our own usage. Tell me, Medium, what I have been reading about this month? I’d love to know.

I believe the items on this list would make a great user statistics page.

Total time I have spent reading since I joined Medium.
Daily, weekly and monthly time spent reading.
A pie chart of tags for the stories I have read since joining Medium, daily, weekly, monthly.
Top 10 authors I read the most.
Top 10 publications from where I read the most.

Medium has evolved in to a great platform. I think addition of this feature would make it even more awesome. Give it a thought!
