What are soft skills

These are pre-professional non-specialized skills that are not related to the employee ‘s duties. Soft skills are the same for everyone regardless of specialty. These include skills:

  • To listen to the interviewer, to conduct dialogue and correspondence, to defend their point of view in a reasoned manner, to ask questions;
  • Communicate with representatives of different specialties, social and cultural groups;
  • To form a team, set goals, take initiative and delegate responsibilities;
  • Understand the task — what, how and why to do.

It is not enough to pump soft skills yourself, it is necessary to share it with colleagues.

Why you need

Improve personal performance. Sometimes it is more effective to ask a colleague and get an answer in 10 minutes than to look for a solution to the problem on your own all working day.
