Kudos for courage. Been water fasting every month this year for 3 days before I found more info about dry fasting. Currently on day 3.
I’ve noticed early in my practices that I have to stay active, therefore not holding back on dry fast, too. Been wakeboarding, did supervised all-out VO2 max test, played volleyball and rode my supermoto.
Lightheaded — sometimes;
Cravings — not anymore :)
Any recommendations on foods for breaking the fast?
I’m putting this into my habits section, gonna continue doing it monthly + some days of intermittent-dry-fasting.
