Another problem, and this is worldwide, is that we copy. We just love to xerox a model and instal it somewhere else. Look at the kind of digital sites that have sprouted across the world replicating Verge and Vice. How can one think differently, especially in a poor country where resources are scarce, when all you need to do is copy successful western models. To think differently in a cash-strapped, resource-strapped country is a challenge. How does one accomplish that?
