However hard we may try, we can’t completely escape the mundane tasks we are required to do for our survival. These include paying the bills, making reservations (in your case), phonecalls to dear ones, etc. One way to tackle these tasks is to batch them together and use automation as much as possible. For example, you can set an auto debit from your account for your bill payments. Similarly, the calls to family and friends can be batched together for your commute time. Even after these planning, if there are such tasks left on your to-do list, then plan to do them at such point of time when you are low on energy. For example, it may be at the end of the day when you have finished your important tasks, or during late afternoon when you are drowsy and can’t accomplish much meaningful tasks.
