Evening Aarti on Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi

While you are visiting in Varanasi, the Ghat of Dashashwamedh becomes the major attraction in the evening because of the evening Aarti on the bank of Ganga River. Near the Vishwanath Temple that is the famous temple of Lord Shiva in Varanasi, this Ghat looks most beautiful when the devotees lit Diyaas and shed in the holy water of Ganga. The timing of the Aarti on the Dashashwamedh Ghat is 6.45 pm after the sunset and performed for approx 45 minutes. It becomes a most crowded place in the evening so arrive there at least an hour ago so that you can find the watching space according to your choice. While the chanting of mantra starts, the entire environment becomes the most calm and give the full satisfaction of the pleasure. The visited people make the clapping while the Aarti starts with announcement at 7:00 pm and the priests start to chant the mantra.
