Ben McDougal: I prefer authenticity over polish, so I’m less concerned about whether a presentation is memorized, and more interested in seeing that the speaker has a command of the subject.

As far as multiple presenters go, I don’t know that there’s a right or wrong answer. I’ve seen it done well, and I’ve seen it go horribly wrong. Key is to be relaxed and make it seem natural.
