Karl Marx and Entrepreneurship

All business problems basically come down to how someone “doesn’t understand me”. Whether it’s in engineering or management or design the complaint is always about how the person in the rung above doesn’t “get” it. What this shows is that the issue almost always is with being used as an input to a process and not as a human being. It’s what Marx alluded to as dehumanising. And it’s one of the major reasons so many are striking out and trying to start something by themselves.
