One Piece: Is it true that Sabo has died after the news that he lost to Mariejoa?

The Wano arc presents something big for fans, namely the battle between the pirate alliance Luffy and Kaido as well as Big Mom . While that arc features a lot of great stuff, there’s something else that’s just as interesting going on outside of Wano . One of them was the Revolutionary Army ‘s attack on Mariejoa’s territory during the Levely.

However, after the Reverie finished, there was news that grabbed enough attention, namely the news of the death of Sabo , one of the Revolutionary Troops and also Luffy ‘s “brother” . This news was conveyed by a newspaper that allegedly was an order from the world government. Although the exact purpose is not yet known, there is a possibility that they want to lure the Revolutionary Army to come out of hiding. But, is Sabo really dead?

Maybe many believe the news, but as revealed by Dragon , it takes strong evidence to prove it. In chapter 956 yesterday, there was no firm statement that Sabo had died in the battle. Although there are indeed some characters, like Makino , who are devastated by Sabo ‘s death .

Then, what exactly happened to Sabo ? He might not be dead yet, but the worst case scenario would be that the Revolutionary Army lost at Mariejoa and everyone present there was captured, including Sabo . In addition, the navy (and government) also plans to execute Sabo as he did to Ace before.

In chapter 956 yesterday we were also shown that the entire Revolutionary Army was shocked and looked a little panicked at the news of Sabo ‘s death . So, it makes sense that other pirates, such as Shanks , would come to Mariejoa’s territory and then try to save Sabo . With One Piece getting closer to the core of the story, it looks like Oda Sensei is trying to give fans endless suspense. Let’s just wait for the truth about this Sabo news .
