Future in Posterity
The future lies in posterity and what a lot of people are unable to recognize is how future generations are slowly decreasing in quality. The quality of education is increasing, sure, but mentally, many kids aren’t ready to step into the real world. Today, I taught a disaster preparedness class at a local shelter that had homeless children. Half of the kids were begging for my attention and the other half was in isolation, doodling on the handbook that was passed out. The division between these two groups was uncanny mainly because of how clear it was. Older kids tend to be more isolated whereas younger kids begged for attention, when the attention is no longer given, they grow and become isolated. The sad truth of living without parents to support you at all times results in child depression and isolated. No matter how hard parents argue that this isn’t true, it is. Although living with a parent could help, living with an aloof parent does the same amount of damage so I guess the point of this whole thing is that people should make sure they’re ready to support a child before they reproduce. The nature-nurture debate has gone on for a while in mankind, but personality has concluded to be from one’s surroundings. A big part of living is being able to love and be loved, yet a lot of kids don’t feel this emotion when they’re young and result in them growing up to be troubled. The only reason why people grow up in such an astoundingly fast rate is because of the nurture and love that’s provided. Abort if you can’t provide.
