Am I also allowed to remove the roots from encroaching trees? The roots from a number of pine trees are encroaching on up to 15' of my property. These roots are approaching my shed and will lift it in the near future. Also, they keep me from creating vegetable garden on that portion of my back yard. My neighbor has been uncooperative.
